On a FireTone PBX
In the FireTone panel, signed in as the operator: Settings → Licence → Offline activation. Paste the FTON- key, choose Create request, and bring the request it shows here.
On a FireFlo gateway
Run this on the server itself:
FIREFLO_LICENSE_KEY=FFLO-… fireflo license offline
The key goes in the environment rather than on the command line so it does not land in shell history or in ps.
An offline licence is bound to the installation, not to an address — the request reached us from your browser, which is on a different network from the gateway, and recording that address would be worse than recording none.
